Marble Stone 2 creates elegant and dignified spaces by forming embossed surfaces that resemble natural stone or porcelain and shows excellent physical properties, such as water-resistance, alkaline-resistance, and durability. With its smooth surface finish, this spray paint for natural stone finish is designed to create smooth and the most realistic appearance of natural stone. It is also an eco-friendly paint certified by the Eco-friendly Mark Association.

  • 1) General Use
    • Special applications on apartments (lower floors below 4, pilotis, canopies, etc)
    • Exterior walls and special applications on buildings and multifamily houses
    • Interior/exterior walls of any type of buildings, i.e., concrete, plaster board, plywood, PC board, ALC board, GRC board, retaining walls, etc

conditions

1) The weather condition should be 5 or higher in temperature, 85 or lower in relative humidity, and 5m/sec or lower in wind velocity with no rainfall or snowfall.
2) Dry for sufficient length of time (10% or lower water content; pH 9 or lower).
3) Must not have dust, grease, or impurities.
4) Must not have cracks, grooves, or damages.
5) Must not have pinholes or blowholes.

consideration

1) Temperature should be at least 5when working and should stay above 5 for at least 3 hours (6 hours in winter) after completion.  
2) If relative humidity is greater than 85%, stop working as frost may be formed to cause discoloration. 
3) If patterns are not created properly, stop working and remove defective parts. Remove the cause of defects and resume work.  
4) If you have to stop while applying lining, take care not to create spray joints.  
5) Store paints in cool, dry shades in between 5 and 30 in temperature.
6) Take care as colors may be different with putty or at joints.
7) Manage lot no. to prevent difference in color.

finishing

1) When complete, remove curing agent and clean.  
2) Remove contaminated parts or damaged parts and reapply.
3) After finishing, remove any dust or impurities.
